Simply Cheesy Sauce

We are cutting out processed foods, which has lead to even more playing around to find recipes the whole family likes! Here is a basic one - Cheesy Cheese Sauce. Quick, Easy, Modifiable, Delicious! Perfect for Couscous macaroni, "mac n cheese", veggies and well whatever else you feel the need to smother it onto :D Cheesy Cheese Sauce Ingredients: 2 Tbsps Butter 1 tbsp AP flour 3/4 cup Milk or Milk Product 1 tsp Dijon mustard 1/2 cup of cheese of your choice (we have been doing colby) Salt & white pepper to taste Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour until it thickens and bubbles, then whisk in milk and Mustard. Continue to whisk mixture and cook until slightly thickened, about 3-5 minutes. Combine cheese(s), then add by the handful to milk mixture, stirring until melted before adding the next handful. Once all cheese is melted, season sauce with salt and pepper.
